1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time
  • All ready-stock orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 8 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

1.2 Delivery Time
  • Standard delivery timeline is 2–7 working days depending on your PIN code.

  • Metro cities: 2–4 days

  • Non-metro / Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 days

1.3 Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and others depending on serviceability.

1.4 Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999 or Cash-on-Delivery (if enabled), standard charges may apply.

1.5 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link.

1.6 Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery status update.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for verification.


2. Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

2.1 Return Window

You can apply for a return within 5 days of order delivery.

2.2 Conditions for Return

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags, boxes, pouches, certificates, and accessories must be intact.

  • Product must be free of scratches, dents, stains, perfume or wear marks.

2.3 Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Customised or personalised jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Items bought during clearance / special sale

2.4 Return Pickup Availability
  • Reverse pickup is available for most PIN codes.

  • If your PIN code is non-serviceable, you may be asked to ship the item back manually.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Mode

Refunds are processed in the original payment mode:

  • Prepaid orders → Refund to original payment method

  • COD orders → Refund via bank transfer / UPI

3.2 Refund Timeline
  • Once the returned item reaches us and passes quality check, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • QC failure will lead to rejection of refund, and the item will be sent back to you.

3.3 Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

In case of:

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Wrong address provided
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

4.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
You may initiate a return after receiving the product, as per policy.

4.3 iAMORY’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

  • Payment failure

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock unavailability

  • Suspicious / high-risk transactions

You will be notified, and the full amount (if paid) will be refunded.


5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing video + product photos as mandatory evidence

  • Our team will verify and process a replacement/refund as applicable

Claims without unboxing video may not be accepted.
